Adoptions

If you, or someone you know is looking for a new feline or canine family member, our veterinary hospital doubles as an impound for Rockaway. The animals we take in are either owner relinquished or strays who are just hoping to finally get a forever home.  

All adoptees are neutered, given age appropriate vaccines and treated for external and internal parasites (fleas, ticks, and worms). Dogs receive a heartworm/tick test and cats are tested for FIV/FELV.  

We also try to socialize and co-mingle our cats and dogs for dog/cat friendliness.
